30 DAYS WARRANTY
UC Team is providing a 30 DAYS WARRANTY for every purchase from the Unique Concept Store by following UC’s Return Policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.uniqueconcept.my and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
– Products that have been worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged (including pet damage)
– Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for mask
– Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
– Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
– Products that are found to be non in accordance to UC Team Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet is posted to our warehouse/premise shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.
– Any products that received as FREE Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.
WHERE TO SHIP?
To return your product, you should send your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Do email or WhatsApp us the details and order number within 24 hours. Anything past 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refunds can take up to 15 – 20 Business Days to be processed. The refund will be made via the same payment method that we used for your initial purchase. You will receive the refund confirmation via email once the refund has been completed. If you do not see a credit to your account within 30 days, please show this confirmation as proof to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
We will refund you the initial paid amount for each product you returned and which has been accepted by us. If you return your complete order we are also obliged to refund the standard shipping costs if we charged for shipping to you.
REFUND TO UC WALLET
We are able to refund to UC Wallet, and you can use the UC Wallet to pay your order.
COLOURS AND MEASUREMENTS
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your electronic device, and we cannot guarantee that yours will accurately display such colors.
An item’s measurements stated on www.uniqueconcept.my are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in production.

Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: Please contact us if you have a question or are dissatisfied with your order for any reason.
Q: Can I change my delivery address or change/ cancel my order?
A: Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order or order details even if it has not been shipped yet. Once you receive your order, you may return any products you don’t want by following our Return Policy.
Q: How long will it take for my return / refund to be processed?
A: Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them. Refunds may take up 15 – 20 Business Days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase especially if you’ve purchased via Online Banking method.
