How to Place Order

1) Check your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed
in shopping cart. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping
cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.
2) Visit Ship, Bill and Pay screen. Make sure your shipping addresses is correct.
3) Review your order. You will now see a display of your order information and your
complete cost, including shipping and tax. Please look over all of the information as this
is what will be submitted. Clicking Place order and take you to your Order Receipt page.
Your order information is sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
4) Get your receipt. You will see a display of the information. This is your online receipt.
On this page, you can view a printable version and email the information. A copy of this
information will be emailed to the email address that was given for your account.

Shipping Info

Your order will be processed up to 3 business days to be ready for delivery.
For East Malaysia, the delivery time will be 2- 5 business days after the order leaves our
distribution center.
For West Malaysia, the delivery time will be 1-3 business days after the order leaves our
distribution center.
For orders done before 3pm, processing day will be counted on that day. For orders
done after 3pm, processing day will start on the next business day. Processing up to 3
business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am –
6pm, excluding national holidays in Malaysia.

Check Your Order Status

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Returns & Refunds

All items sold are non-returnable non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However in the event that wrong items received (wrong size, item code), worn and defect, kindly contact us at +60 12-908 8671 within 7 working days of receiving your items and explain to us what has gone wrong.

Returns of items will not be accepted if the items have been worn or washed.

Items purchased through online can be refunded or exchangeable in one of the following ways:
1) Items purchased online can be refunded once the customers do not received the item within 30 days.
2) Item purchased online can be refunded once the item purchased was discontinued.
3) Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you and no refund issued.


Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: Please contact us if you have a question or are dissatisfied with your order for any reason.
Q: Can I change my delivery address or change/ cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order or order details even if it
has not been shipped yet. Once you receive your order, you may return any products you don’t want by following our Return Policy.
